I just had a client that didn’t know to blow dry their hair the right way, hence this post (Yes, Morgan this is just for you). Here are the basics from Shantell Shaw, at Diva Studio (Las Vegas).
What I personally love most about Shantell is she asks a lot of questions when working with her clients. Have you ever had a bad haircut because you hair stylist just didn’t listen to a word you said or really didn’t understand the concept of what you were explaining. I have and it sucks, so I say the more questions the better. In general, if someone is looking for a hairstylist in Las Vegas always send them to Diva. (shoot me an e-mail with your hair wants and I will tell you which master stylist to make an appointment with)
Hope this video was helpful. If you still don’t think you can do this yourself successfully, make your self an appointment for a blow-out at the nearest salon, and have the hairstylist show you how to do it correctly.
So truth be told, I love velcro rollers, and use them every single time I blow dry my hair. Velcro rollers add volume and are super easy to use. You can find them at a drug store I believe or at www.laurenspicks.com.
